About Us
The Firm of Gomez & Co. was formed on 1st May, 1987 by the late Mr. Jeffrey Gerard Gomez. Mr. Gomez qualified as a Chartered Accountants of England and Wales ("ICAEW") in 1983 and is also a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants ("MIA") and the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants ("MICPA").
Gomez & Co. is predominantly involved in the auditing of both private companies and public sector. Gomez & Co. had also participated and was appointed in the audit of Government Statutory bodies since the late 1980's by Jabatan Audit Negara to undertake audits of government statutory bodies.
Personnel of the Firm
Partner:
The current Partner of the Firm is Miss Lim Tai Poo, a Chartered Accountant with Malaysia Institute of Accountants and a fellowship member of ACCA who has over 25 years of experience in both the audit and accounting fields.
Managers:
Mr. Lim Chee Keong, a Chartered Accountant with Malaysia Institute of Accountants and a fellowship member of ACCA with over 30 years of experience in both audit and accounting fields.
He is assisted by an Assistant Manager who is a member of Malaysia Institute of Accountants & ACCA with over 10 years of experience in audit; and a Supervisor, holding a University degree m Accounting with approximately 7 years of experience in audit. The Firm currently employs staff who are either qualified professionally, university graduates or are pursuing professional examinations.

The Firm of Gomez & Co. has been involved in audit of both private companies and public sector for over 30 years. The audit clienteles include various companies in different industries, government statutory bodies, Institutes and Associations which are well diversified and involved in various sectors of the economy.
